Woodland Terrace provides nursing care and skilled nursing and rehabilitation to help residents achieve their highest level of functioning. Licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants provide 24-hour care, according to physicians' orders for treatment, medication, diet and therapy. Specialized services focus on restorative care, extended care and palliative/hospice.

Medicare Eligibility
To be eligible for coverage under Medicare Part A, an individual must have been in the hospital for at least three consecutive days and have a physician's order for skilled nursing.

Medicare pays the full cost of care for the first 20 days; after that, Medicare pays part of the cost with supplemental insurance or the patient paying the remainder, up to 100 days.
