Lease and Purchase Options
Eichhorn Haus offers purchase and lease options, with a minimum guaranteed refund of 70 percent of the purchase price. The newest option guarantees a 90 percent refund with monthly fees as low as $380 per month. Purchase prices range from $60,000 to $142,000, depending on the apartment style and purchase plan.

Your monthly lease or service fee covers a daily noon meal, building and grounds maintenance, bi-weekly housekeeping, basic cable TV, scheduled transportation and 24-hour urgent response system.
