Home Helper Services: housekeeping, shopping
and errands, companionship, transportation to
scheduled appointments, meal planning.
Personal Care Services: assistance with grooming,
dressing, and bathing.
Peace of Mind Services: morning and evening
telephone calls, medication reminders by phone in the AM/PM
Rates
$15 per hour during daytime hours
$16 per hour on evenings (6 PM to
10 PM)
$3 per day for Peace of Mind calls
* minimum of one hour of service
* transportation and shopping/errands will incur a mileage charge at the current application IRS allowable rate
