Designed for privacy, comfort and safety, Linden Place has 30 apartments (three studio, four two-bedroom and 23 one-bedroom) on three floors. Residents are encouraged to decorate their apartments as they wish with personal mementos, furnishings and wall decorations.

Three Service Plans
Linden Place offers three assisted living service plans for one all-inclusive monthly fee. Our experienced staff work with you and your family to select the level of assistance to best meet your needs. You also have the option of purchasing additional services, if desired.

Personal Service Plan I
• Staff on duty 24 hours a day
• 24-hour emergency response system
• Three home cooked meals per day
• Full-time chaplain on staff
• Bi-monthly housekeeping & flat linen service
• Personal laundry one time per week
• Transportation to local providers & destinations
• Annual deep cleaning
• All utilities & basic cable television, excluding

Linden Place Fees
Fees are a set daily rate based on apartment size and service plan, ranging from $83 for a studio apartment with the basic plan to $l53 for the enhanced plan with two-bedroom apartment (effective Jan. 1, 2007). Linden Place does not require a buy-in fee or lease. A $200 deposit is required for those with pets. Extra services can be purchased for additional fees.
